A cat owned by some people in the cul de sac i live in, but im getting a strong sense that they dont care for him because he has become very skinny over the period of time that ive been seeing him, also he has really bad fleas; hes losing fur on his lower stomach from biting and scratching there. Although one reason for why they cant treat him is because he runs away from people if you go up to him but if you let him come to you then your able to interact with him like i do. Those people really need to realize that he is in bad shape and needs care.
