Bio summary:
Orphanage records indicate born around July 26, 1994. Parents unknown. Constant victim of bullying by fellow orphans until some time in 1998, when powers appear to have manifested. Adopted by Dr. Travis and Julia Frasier (Travis was a Neurosurgeon, while Julia was a Pharmacutical Psychologist). This adoption led to Olivia being taught ethical behavior by both of her foster parents, as well as providing her the ability to expand her desire to learn new things. An excellent academic, Olivia was able to bypass 2 grades and enter University (University of Arizona), where she graduated in Biomechanical Engineering. Instead of following her foster parents into the private sector, Olivia was recruited into the CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology.

Olivia worked with the CIA for 4 years, 2 of them being on loan to Field Case officers, providing her analysis of tech and scientific work. However, during this time, two problems occurred.
1. Olivia received multiple write-ups, and was threatened with job termination, for disagreeing with Station chiefs on course of action (Station chiefs ordered to suspend rescue operation meant to save civilians from terrorist test release of Ethnic Bioweapons (see Operation Rhubarb) on refugee camp.

2. Olivia obtained critical information to the canceled Operation Rhubarb through usage of her hypnotic abilities, which was discovered via interview transcripts.

Because of the governments desire to do nothing to stop the Bioweapons release (for political reasons), and the CIA’s desire to learn more about Olivia’s hypnotic abilities, she escaped from CIA Station *********, and cut all ties to the world she knew.

Recruitment:
Olivia was recruited in 2019 to GN, who had discovered her on the boarder between Guatemala and Belize, using her abilities to cure drug addicts of their addiction. When asked why she did it, her response was this.

“The only way the world can exist is when people accept their individual responsibilities
to themselves and others instead of crawling into a bottle or blowing away their cares in a puff of smoke. All I’m doing, with my abilities is taking away the control Narcotics have over them and giving them a choice.”

In short, she was using her abilities to give addicts the ability to “go back and redo” their lives. A philosophy that is one of the cornerstones of GN.

Abilities:
Besides being a competent advisor on Biotechnology, and an excellent marksmen, Olivia's abilities include being able to hypnotize others. When using her abilities, her eyes and hair change color as she looks into the eyes of her subject and takes over. She can either take temporary control, or leave a more permanent lingering suggestion in whoever she hypnotizes, making her abilities ideal for the recovering drug addicts she spends time helping. Also makes her ideal for planting spies inside criminal organizations after capturing henchmen who remain unaware of what has happened.

Notes:
Currently has a strong relationship with Murk (Probably due to them both possessing Hypnosis abilities). Both train each other, and occasionally have a “Battle of wits” to see who can hypnotize the other, with the winner holding control over the loser for the next couple of hours. They usually do this in order to keep each other prepared against enemy mind control/hypnosis.
