Description
Renaths the Species are an open species by me. For the majority of their existence up til now, they were only a design and didn't really have defined lore or abilities. But now that I've decided to put Renaths in my story and give them a backstory, creating Renaths the Creature (which are closed bc they only exist for my story but they're basically the exact same thing so you're not missing out), I figured I could spice up the Species a little by giving them a bit of the same abilities and development. So, here are the 2021 updated Renaths.

RULES:
- If you get or make one, mention somewhere that the Renath you have belongs to the Species and not the Creature. (There will never be Creature adopts or anything like that because, as mentioned, they only exist for my story so that wouldn't make much sense.)
- You don't have to credit me for the species every time you post about one you own/made BUT a.) you cannot claim credit for the species and b.) if someone asks, then you do need to credit me.
- Feel free to make anything you want with the species: lineart, adopts, characters (duh), etc.!
- You are allowed to make subspecies but they MUST be open. No closed subspecies!!
- NO DISNEY. None of my bases or species are ever to be used for anything directly or indirectly in support of anything owned by Disney. Making memes and fandom OCs counts as indirect support. THIS INCLUDES Star Wars, The Simpsons, Marvel and ANYTHING else owned by Disney.

TRAITS:
- Species Renaths can be any color and have any markings/patterns
- Renath hybrids can exist with any other species, real or fictional
- All Renaths have the all traits pointed to in the image

ABILITES:
- Very good, sharp vision
- Humanoid Intelligence
- Don't need food to survive (but do need water)
- Can float by making almost a swimming motion in the air, and there are two ways to do so:
a.) launching from a high ledge, which keeps them at about the same altitude above sea level until they choose to descend.
b.) getting a running start and jumping from flat ground, which allows them to stay 2 meters above the ground, even with hills.
