Discord and Fluttershy got together after a few years of him living at their cottage. They were friends first, then started developing feeling for each other. A year in they hit a rocky patch after Fluttershy woke to find she had bat wings again, and accused Discord of turning her back into a vampire fruit pony. After her yelling for quite some time she runs off to Twilight who runs a few tests, realizing she was now part bat pony. They also realize that she doesn't have the apple cravings, and finally Discord is able to explain that he had sensed something in her that was disorienting her pegasus abilities, and had done his best to remove it; and when that didn't work he had shifted it to something that could merge with her better. She forgives him but tells him he shouldn't do stuff like that without asking and explaining. The two get married a week before the Everfree forest and the Chaos vines start attacking Ponyville; the effect having a hard tole on Fluttershy. Of course her friends and Discord comfort her, and she gains a friend/ messenger/ kind of pet in the form of a Cocatreice who was born without it's powers (Discord Names if Angel Feathers after the late Angel Rabit).
A year later and Flutershy learns she is with her second child (her child with Big Mac isn't shown here, mainly because I forgot until typing this), Maleficent.
Malificent is a Draconiquus unicorn, with the special talent of writing stories. Her cutie mark is a dark green book and a quill.
After Mal is born the couple moves to a small town just outside of New Ponyville to open up an animal rehab center. Discord starts having guilt fuled dreams, but they aren't to sever until after Futtershy gives birth to there second daughter; Emperdosa, and becomes horribly ill. The sickness is bad, and the worse Fluttershy got, the worse Discord's dreams got until one day; not long after Emperosia's seventh birthday, he left to explore Silent Ponyville to face his inner daemons. here he meets and slowly befreinds Celeste/ Midnight Glow, and eventually take them home.
When they return, Fluttershy has recovered, and agrees to take in the child as their daughter. When Discord apologises for leaving however she simply laughs and explains that she knew he would be safe, and would return when he was ready.
After five more years, the two decide to have one more child, Fluttershy giving birth to Lokilius "Loki" Ravenswell.
WEhen Loki turns seven he starts attending Celestia's guard Camp where he meats Cherry. The two don't get along, but over time develop a deep seeded love hatred; which is extremally caring, though also full of hate. After Cherry returns from Silent Ponyville they enter a sfill time relationship, getting married. Cherry also marries Cotton Candy who she is in a red romance with.
When the group are all 23, they decide they would also like a child and magically create Dionisus (with Cherry carrying him to term). Eventually Dionisus grows up, and starts dating Cupid, a half Kirin/ Half Changeling.
