Hey everyone sorry for my recent inactivity. I’ve been dealing with a lot of bad stuff irl. I wrote a journal about it on here a few days ago. I’ve been having artist’s block and have been unable to make myself interact with people.

Nickname: Catty (originally nicknamed this by Steven because her hair looks like cat ears, but her personality makes it even more fitting)

Weapon: none. She’s an era 2 peridot.

Bio: Catty is an era 2 peridot who initially arrives on Earth after SUF and claims to have come to Earth in order to learn about the planet. In truth she is an ally of Bluebird Azurite, Yellow Zircon and Mean Lapis as part of a con to destroy Steven’s life. Each gem previously mentioned thinks their the leader of this plan, including Catty. They sent her down because she’s the only gem in the group that Steven hasn’t met, and would trust. The plan actually started with yellow zircon, who lost the homeworld election. The first person Catty meets is Sour Cream, who immediately becomes enamored with her since her fingers (well, her limb enhancers anyways…..) look like unlit glow sticks. She is initially disgusted with this and has no interest in humans, but is told by yellow zircon he may be useful later and encourages her to pretend to like him back. Unfortunately it doesn’t take her long to find that Steven had already left Beach City and nobody there particularly knows where he is. She herself starts hanging around Jasper, seeing her as a valuable asset to their team. Garnet and Lapis immediately do not get along with Catty, and becomes skeptical of her motives. However, Amethyst and peridot quickly bond with her. Meanwhile pearl and bismuth are too busy planning their wedding to even notice any of this happening. After a while, Sour cream ends up legitimately asking out Catty to one of his raves…. As his actual date. She doesn’t particularly feel right saying yes as she does care about him on some level now and doesn’t want to hurt him if he were to find out this were part of a complicated scheme. Yellow Zircon basically just orders her to, and she starts to realize how little she actually means to Yellow Zircon and the others. That evening, Steven and Connie arrive to attend Pearl and Bismuth’s wedding. Catty agrees to go to the rave, mainly to see Steven and warn him about the fact that some gems are trying to ruin his life again. However, she begins goofing off with the DJ equipment being a tech nerd, and her immediate skills only impress Sour Cream more. The two begin to actually bond, and she ends up falling for him and forgetting about Steven and sitting up on the beach talking to Sour Cream until well after Steven had left and gone to bed. After this she’s confronted by Garnet, who reveals she knows that Catty is starting to actually develop feelings. She denies it, but it’s true. She realizes she herself has been nothing but a pawn, and tells garnet about Yellow Zircon’s plans to destroy Steven and overthrow Blue Zircon.

This is going to have to be a “TO BE CONTINUED” because I’m having writers block again now.
