im just curious but do you have to have a special license to sell products that you make from movies or series that dont belong to you? Or do just have to verify that the original movie or series does not belong to you and is a copyright of so and so? I want to sell stuff to, but i dont want to get in trouble. Love these shoes by the way.

I don't sell any items that were from a tv series or films, I just make them for myself or a friend as a bit of fun. I'm not sure if you can get done for this as it's just fan art, I do however know you probably shouldn't be selling products like this without a liscence. So I stick to only selling my own original designs. I know a lot of other crafters do manage to sell themed items like this and get away with it, I just wouldn't like to be the one who gets sued! It's actually a question I want to find out more on, I'm gonna message a crafter I know who does sell themed goods and see what she says
