But also an impishness and pretend ignorance that keeps her pushing all the buttons

She is also very small

Very large
About as tall as Celestia but built like an earth pony
Probably an only child
She is pretty weak
Well not physically weak per say but has two opposing elements of magic inside her
*insert edgy story about her good and evil sides constantly being at war*
So she is always exhausted from that subconscious war
If you've ever read Gideon the Ninth her personality is a lot like Dulcinea Septimus
Surprisingly cheeky, loves dirty jokes and making others flustered
Appears a lot more helpless than she is; she is very sharp and tends to know what everyone is up to
But has also been aware of her mortality her whole life and is at peace with it
She is fully capable of flight and magic but she typically doesn’t use either
Also cause it does weaken her
Childhood friends (to lovers??) with MothWing (FlutterCord)
Depending on how angsty I feel it could be a tragic love story
Almost impossible to get a rise out of her
Has a game with her friends of whispering dirty jokes in their ears in the middle of court and then try not to react
Dippy is proudly the (nearly) undefeated champion

I kinda want to ship them and Navy (or make them besties) cause the flamboyant and colorful Venus contrasting the blander Navy would be fun
And it would absolutely be one of those celeb stories that the media would never let go

So naturally they fell in love
