luv this pairing honestly... I like to think the poster twilight got in the washouts episode was how she met rolling thunder because otherwise Idk how they'd meet!!! Twi Is still a huge fan of the washouts (maybe rolling thunder is the new captain after the whole. child endangerment fiasco)
Rolling thunder is a lesbian and her favorite part of her job (minus the cool stunts) is all the pretty ladies she meets and twilight wasn't any different!! they are probably married and the wedding was probably a disaster.

a little drawing of her struggling with her magic (I haven't explained it very well before so: Maelstrom was born with a massive well of magic, but she deals with blockage to the flow of it and has either really weak or really strong magic. It's a pretty common condition for younger unicorns but It never really went away for her. More ponies who deal with this issue are Sunburst, Trixie, and Tempest, albeit Tempest developed the problem after her horn broke in a vulnerable developing point for her magic.) and a little pic of her trying to tell someone to shut up for some reason.
