Seven things
1: The objects in the current readied inventory. That selection would be very, very odd to have ready at one time.
2: To have that much pink, black, dark grey, and light grey wool would be utterly ridiculous.
3: Spending that much pink wool on a 2D penis would be completely pointless.
4: Those shadows don't dither. Shadows in the main game always did.
5: There's no fog.
6: The items don't have an item number. Either it's creative mode or the player literally only has one of every block.
7: The character is quite clearly flying. Which is only possible (via mod) in Creative mode. ...yeah, that's the big obvious one. It's how I can tell the birds in the air aren't actually cats without needing 6 points of observation to explain why. Oh well!


In conclusion: I am very good at spotting detals, due to my genius intellect. My supermassive ego also helped. Also, you are really bad at bluffing.
