EFFECT: When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Vampony-Type Β monster from your hand or Deck, except "Flutterbat", but if you do, this card cannot attack for the rest of this turn. Once per turn: You can declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap); your opponent sends 1 card of that type from their Deck to the Graveyard.
