Description
This is my second time at Skagit Valley. The first time was last year. I was there too early (1st weekend). only daffodils were blooming. This time I aimed the 3rd week of April and the tulips did not disappoint me

I work in Mount Vernon and don't go to the tulip fields very often. This photo is wonderful and very indicative of the weather around here. Wet.
