We neared Icy Rock quickly. Artemis circled it, and I noticed the small flag inserted in one of its cracks."Nikka! Go get the flag!"
I threw Nikka's Moon Ball at the rock. The Nidorina came out and swiftly scrambled to retrieve the flag.
Artemis landed and I dismounted. Mariel stayed on my shoulder. We stood near Nikka. The flag was buried deeper than I first thought.
"Nikka! Double Kick!"
Nikka propelled her self forward on her forepaws, slamming one foot, then the other powerfully into the spot where the flag was. Ice shards went flying from the force and the beacon came loose.
"Good job Nikka," I thanked the proud Nidorina as I snatched the flag. I called Nikka back to her Moon Ball.
I jumped back onto Artemis and Mariel resumed her Aqua Ring as we ascended once more into the air.
