tried to make the lines much lighter this time around, i like the eyes a lot more now but im definitely gonna keep messing around with it; throughout working on this it became more and more obvious to me that i NEED to practice facial expressions. i chickened out again and excluded the hands but nonetheless i like the pose overall. shading has felt similarly weird for this and the last one but i can't pin down what i don't like about it so we'll see. ironically i've barely practiced hair, which was what i was worried about most since ginger is daunting, but somehow ended up with something im okay with lol.
