Mortally wounded, Tuk stumbled into a small, secluded area of trees, that some large boulders prevented the machines from reaching.As he faded in and out of consciousness he saw a tall figure approaching through the shadows.
Then the world turned rosy pink, the pain was replaced by a warm embrace and he could no longer hear his rattling breath.
