Gosh, Montmartre is one of my favorite place too, it's beautiful, especially early in the morning.
Try warching the sunrise with a view like that and tell me if you manage to not stop breathing for a moment or two before the wonderful spectacle you'll see
I tried it once (yeah it's 30min away from my place if I take the tube, so sunrise is a bit too early
