This is from a fanfic concept I came up with a while ago based on the idea of two independently functioning Lightspeed Rescue Rangers in Mariner Bay employed by different organizations. The Vapor Guard Ranger's counterpart is the Flash Fire Ranger. The Vapor Guard Ranger's zord attaches to the Flash Fire Megazord and transforms it into the Flash Armored Megazord.
