This can be my own, a friend's, or a fellow deviant's.
The person would like to add: I am in a committed relationship now with a guy who shows me great qualities, yet when ever he says he'll never hurt me, or that it's not in his nature to cheat, all I can think is "I've heard all that before..." Please take into consideration, that some of these secrets contain sensitive issues, so please choose your words carefully. I can completely relate to this. I've been in three very serious, long-term relationships, and all three have either cheated on me or abused me, or both. =\ Sometimes I wonder if I'm ever going to find someone who tells the truth and is always gentle.

im in a good relationship and because of things that have happened in my past i struggle too
he's an open book while i remain on the shelf-and we are engaged
i think you can trust it just takes a lot time and dedication-you can always doubt-but when you do, think of something that will make you think otherwise about him
if you think he'll cheat think of reasons why he wouldn't
