Overview: After years of working and partnering with Ben Tennyson and his Team Ben, Rook Blonko has promoted and became the Lieutenant Commander of the Intergalactic Law Enforcement Plumbers for his courage, intellectual, dedication and loyalty. Other than, he has built and upgraded his new armor and weapons for the upcoming battle against the forces of evil.

Details: The new and improved form of Rook Blonko when he got promoted! I'm not certain that he should become Magister that early especially it was barely one whole year. So, I decided to make him a new rank among the Plumber Officers as Lieutenant Commander of the army.

I really like Magistratus Armor from Omniverse Future, so I decided to mix and combined both Rook's Armors from both present and future as one, along with Commander Cody's Battle Armor and Helmet. It fits perfectly for him. I even added the jetpack for him to use and upgraded his Proto-Tool into more advanced and stronger weapon to fight against his enemies. Damn. He looks good with the armor.

Voice Actor: Bumper Robinson

Personality: While still following the rules, regulations and traditions; Rook Blonko is no longer very fixed and strict with them as he relied on his own discretion, judgement and trust of his friends to perform his duty. He is still knowledgeable and wise, but now also adaptable and resourceful to rely on other techniques, skills and his surroundings to deal with the situation. He's now more curious and intrigued for willing to learn more new stuffs than just stick with old ways and stuffs. Other than that, he served an older brother-figure to the young cadets especially Rook-Wheels Helen and Lula. Despite his maturity and gain experience, Rook also learn much of humanity's expression and jokes especially tricking on Ben. While he disliked the idea of 'working together with evil or bad guys', Rook knew that teamwork and common goal are necessary to prevent destruction by the greater threat. He still preferred healthy stuffs than junk food.
