A commission for CosmicLawyer1 featuring a new My Hero Academia OC of theirs named Pesu. She has the power, or "quirk", to teleport and create portals. A bit of a neat trick, but here, she's mostly on the receiving end of some tickles from Uraraka. So, she's only mostly helpless.This is the first time Pesu's ever been drawn, so yay?
