Here’s a comic based on a deleted scene I came up with for the MLP: FIM episode, “The Crystalling”. When I noticed Spike spending a lot of time together, I thought it might be cute to see Spike ride on Starlight’s back. However, this episode lead to a lot of fans shipping those two, so I decided to play along with that idea and have some random pony assume the two of them were dating. Acutie created this pony based on the color of our birthstones (we both have January birthdays). Also, the thing about Starlight liking sea salt flavored ice cream was based on an idea another friend of mine came up with.
