As Power Rangers, they have served their planet well. But the Power Rangers as they know them, are gone forever. In their place has emerged a new and more advanced fighting force. They have now become the Power Rangers Zeo; the next level in the fight against evil.

Mostly returning faces here, as most of the second group of Power Rangers retained the Zeo powers. However...
Sally decided to give her power to Tikal, a native girl out of her own time and now trying to adjust to the modern times and being a Power Ranger, much like Tanya. Tikal definitely would be a character out of time in this case.
And Sonic, the original red ranger, no returns in Zeo to become the gold ranger. Fitting, I think.
