Fanart can be quite ridiculous, and this was probably just made as an example of how some freaks can get.
Trust me, I've seen some crazed people obsessing over something so much that they make a lot of crappy work for it.
If you took a good look at their other work, you'd see this is clearly just for fun.
So for all those idiots out there, get over it.
I'd like to see some of you complaining people try to achieve the other art this person has done.
