10. An actual important thin to note. In her initial appearance her poor personality seemed to be almost a secondary consideration to her simple inability. A fact that struck me as a bit hypocritical of the Powerpuffs.
12. You can kind of tell that the only reason Blossom doesn't spend more time soap boxing is that it eats up their time slot. So you tend to only see her soap boxing when they need a pause in the action anyway. Except for Monstro City. So like you end up seeing her sometimes giving the monsters a chance to not destroy the city and sometimes just going right up and ripping their spines out.
