This is a digital painting I made for the #DATutorialCat

I started using some texture, which is also why I haven’t uploaded this last week. I have pretty much no idea how to texture, since I haven’t used it before. Took me a long time and a lot of experimenting and I am still not sure if I really like it. I think the rest of the painting is ok though.

This piece was very much inspired by WLOP’s art. Especially this picture: www.deviantart.com/wlop/art/St…

I tried to make the cat look sad but I feel like it didn’t really work out in the end. I think I will focus on conveying emotions through my art more in the future.
