This is explaination on how to use psd file. I'm sorry if what I Write is too basic but I wanted to make it clear since it's easy to get lost with over 80 layers. I also apologize for graphic look of this 'tutorial'

I've a solution for the "one garment fits only one shoe". Use a layer underneath the body that is the cloth that hangs behind the character.
