No, its not a cactus..

Its the smallest kind of Dandelion, only 9 cm high! In Europe we have about 500 different kinds of Dandelion!
The kind of Dandelion we see much of here at Da, is the most common one and its between 30-40 cm high, and comes in spring/early summer!
The Dandelion in my picture, comes late Autum before frost/snow!

Aurora Polaris = Polar-light
Polar-light in the northern hemisphere is called Aurora Borealis
Polar-light in the southern hemisphere is called Aurora Australis

I hope that explains everything!
