Finally made a better reference sheet. I didn't really change anything on his design. I guess I just changed my style on how I draw rats :3.(as inspired by Fayven on how she draw mouse)---

Palette caught Rai stealing from their food storage, but because of Rai's cute charm; Pal decided keeping him.
Being small and portable, he is mostly seen on other's back. He doesn't really like walking. But when no one wants to carry him, he tends to use his wings to float around.
He claims that he is part dragon, and that he has an ability to change into one. But no one really saw him change into one up until now.
He is close to Cheekin , but sometimes he gets uncomfortable being with him(especially whenever Cheeks tells him that he likes to eat rats as well.
