Though named after one mother, Tidalkit clearly takes after the other with a soul almost as pure and cavity-inducingly sweet as Brook's. Tie's the kinda soul you'd want on your corner, always quick to offer a helping paw and happily sharing, if not giving away, anything he has for the simple joy of making others smile. He's a right proper gentleman, as expected of a young lad raised by a kind mother, and makes sure to keep things neat and proper from his nest to his play to any kind of work he does around camp. You'll often find the little scamp bustling about, chasing after apprentices and warriors and squeaking about what he can do to help!

Softs paws meets a soft heart, offset only by a surprisingly sharp head. Tidekit is a child who's kindness extends past verbal sweetness and into every physical act he offers, always being careful with his steps and touch to ensure he never hurts anyone whether that be by avoiding tails or being a bit too easy to defeat during kitten sparring. But if you ever call that out he'll bashfully deny, always eager to praise his neighbor before himself just to see them smile! But while Tidekit's heart is clearly a big part of his personality, don't get him wrong - his mismatched eyes are always observing. He's a child who works surprisingly often with logic and fact more than anything and learns as quick as a falcon can dive when he sets his mind to it. Though he remains still very naïve to the world, there are notes of the beginnings of quite the smarty pants in his future!

No child is perfect, and though Tide gets quite close to being an angel in the clan's midst even he has some traits others might find a bit...irritating. Tide's biggest flaw is his curiosity. The little guy just LOVES to learn, especially the intimate details of day-to-day life. He runs the risk of being more of a gossip hound than most rickety elders as he chases scoop after scoop, longing to proves he's worthy of holding secrets even though his insistence to be told them can bring down his arguments of being "old enough" to know. A lot of the times his nosiness does come from a place of kindness as he always uses the information he has to try and help or comfort others, but other times his hunger for information hunting can cause him to irritate more than assist. It doesn't help that it often takes sitting him down and laying it out very clearly that his actions are hurting others before the little tyke can finally wrap his head around it, as before that he can struggle to 'read the room' or know when his kindness has become overbearing. But more notably than anything is this hidden competitive streak within the kid, one fueled by the beginning embers of a need to be smarter, better and one day even stronger than the rest - for how best can he help lift others up if he's not on the very top himself?

Tidalkit was born alongside his sister, Heronkit in a simple two-kit litter. They were a beloved pregnancy from the lovely couple Brookrun and Tidalsea, two very respected warriors of riverclan. Unfortunately, prior to Tidalkit's birth, his second mother, Tidalsea, tragically died. The twins thus were raised by their single-parent mother, Brookrun with the assistance of the clan, mainly Sagestar. Since the moment Tidalkit opened his eyes it was very clear that he took mostly after Brookrun with more demure characteristics, but under Sagestar's influence he's quickly growing to be quite the curious and steadfast little guy!
