Fanart February lolwhut?

I dont think anyone's ever done Skelter Helter fanart. But idunno. I was just listening to Infra Red by Placebo [link] ; AND recently started playing No More Heroes 2 on Bitter mode (the only difficulty is there's no supply boxes during boss fights?) and this popped into my head. Done with references, of course. My brittle memory couldn't reproduce that hair. It's like Cloud's hair c:
