I've opened commission slots with sale prices. The only condition is that the drawing has to be related with summer and holidays : ) I need to save some money to buy a new computer since mine is very old and it's being very troublesome lately (It probably won't last very long from now on). I need a PC to keep on working so I'm on a rush to have the money before it crashes.
About the drawing... This was a very fast idea, but I love how cute it looks hahahaha I was going to leave the background in a plane colour but convinced me to paint a beach. I was alredy working on a GouLina drawing and this one poped up hahahaha I hope I can finish the other one soon, I'm sure you will love it : 3

This is cute xD Also love the background. Is this your first time drawing a beach? Was there any reference that you used? The way you colored the water is really great,makes the overall illustration look like like a poster or a photo if Lina was posing at the beach,lol.

Nope, I've drawn beaches before (several times now that I'm searching the pictures hahaha) The colouring is kind of easy, you just need to choose a palette of colours and make a gradation (From dark blue to light blue) and then mix it with the yellow of the sand. Once you have that gradiant you just have to work a bit with the brush to make the water texture and add the waves : )

I proposed myself to always try to make anykind of background, even if it's just plane colours. Because I used to leave the backgrounds in white very often
