It's the anniversary of when Demencia joined Black Hat Organization so she asked Black Hat for one date, and in exchange she'd give him two weeks of peace. Now that is a deal he couldn't refuse. So he took her out for dinner and an evil show. Obviously this is one of the biggest days of her life so she's on her best behavior. She even got all dressed up for him. Seems like she isn't the only one enjoying it.
