WARNING: HUGE DOWNLOAD!!!This Cyber-Human TF was actually a "Spur-of-the-moment" idea, just coming to me randomly! But, here ya go, Cyber-Human G1 Devastator!
Yes, he IS taller than most Cyber-Humans since he IS based off a Combiner. But he's way shorter than ROTF Devastator and actually is the one who keeps him in check, using a chain to harness him and prevent him from breaking loose!
Devastator uses a Heavy Machine Deck.
