Demiboy (also known as Demiman, Demimale, Demiguy, Demidude, or Demibloke) is a gender in which one is partially, but not fully, a man , boy, or otherwise masculine gender. One may or may not identify as another gender in addition to being partially a boy. The other part of one's gender can be any gender or combination of genders, including a lack of gender . Demigender people may also identify as non-binary . If a demiboy is not assigned male at birth they may also consider themselves transmasculine .
Demiboy is sometimes also used by people who are assigned male at birth and feel little to no connection to masculinity, but usually do not experience a significant enough dissociation to create real physical discomfort or dysphoria .
The feminine equivalent to demiboy is demigirl , the non-binary equivalent is deminonbinary , and the neutral equivalent is demineutrois .
Specifically, a trans demiboy would likely be someone who was AFAB.
