Inspired by Marvel's Secret Wars (2015) event and it's setting, Battleworld
Been meaning to redo the Battleworld meme for a while, but decided that I should make my own map instead.
Here is the list of regions in numerical order-
1. Crafted Lands: A cube-based landscape with diverse biomes and many dangers.
2. Shadow Moses: A dark, snowy landscape where weapons of mass destruction are being developed for potential conquerors from other sectors. - (Lord: Liquid Snake)
3. Icicle Mountains: A series of treacherous mountains stuck in perpetual winter, where only the most daring and the most resourceful are able to climb.
4. Alrest: A dying land of clouds and titans, ruled by different nations, all fighting for what's left of their home, with the most notable being the natural Bionis & the mechanical Mechonis. - (Lord: Lord Zanza)
5. Dream Land: A peaceful land ruled by the greedy King Dedede, who demands tribute in the form of food once every week. - (Lord: King Dedede)
6. Yoshi’s Island: A cheerful island ruled by the young Prince Bowser, who likes to play with his Yoshi subjects, usually against their will. - (Lord: Prince Bowser)
7. Mushroom Kingdom: A peaceful kingdom, ruled by the gentle Princess Peach. Constantly being invaded by King Bowser & his Koopa Troop with the intention of conquering the kingdom (and getting the princess to marry him). - (Lord: Princess Peach Toadstool)
8. Diamond City: A crime-ridden city ruled by Wario, video game tycoon and greedy treasure hunter extraordinaire. - (Lord: President Wario)
9. Donkey Kong Island: A tropical island paradise. It is currently caught in a four-way war between the simian Kong Family, the crocodilian Kremlin Pirates, the Tiki Tak Tribe and the Snomad Invaders. - (Lord: Cranky Kong)
10. Porkyland: Formerly called Eagleland, this country was taken over by the Pigmask Army and repurposed into a giant playground for its manchild leader, Porky Minch. - (Lord: President Porky Minch)
11. Pac-Land: A jolly place occasionally terrorized by ghost fugitives. - (Lord: Unknown)
12. Nintendoland: A bustling city with buildings that look like game consoles, and home of Smashworld’s biggest entertainment centers, such as sports resorts and mini-games.
13. Citadel of Light: The capital of Smashworld, where the ruling god, Galeem resides. It is also where Smashworld’s lords gather once every year to discuss recent events and what to do about them. - (God: Lord Galeem)
14. Sequin Land: A land of magic and adventure, protected by a magical race known as the genies from many threats, most notably from pirates. - (Lord: Unknown)
15. Japan: A beacon of social order, kept in order by Prime Minister Masayoshi Shido. In reality, the God of Control Yaldabaoth is the one truly pulling the strings using a group of Persona users. - (Lord: Yaldabaoth)
16. Isle O’ Hags: A quirky place with no ruler, although it is slowly taken over by the witch, Gruntilda Winkybunion, and her, admittedly dim-witted, minions. - (Lord: Gruntilda Winkybunion)
17. Underground: Split into a light version and a dark version, both home to strange but friendly creatures with special but weak souls. (Lord: Queen Toriel Dreemur (Formerly King Asgore Dreemur)
18. Hyrule: A beautiful, expansive kingdom ruled by its benevolent queen, Zelda. - (Lord: Queen Zelda (Formerly King Rhoam)
19. Outrealms: A land divided into many kingdoms such as Altea, Hoshido, Nohr, the Adrestian Empire, Plegia and much more, all kept in line by a council of rulers and their respective dragons and artefacts called the Fire Emblems. - (Lord: The Fire Emblem Round Table (Marth, Elincia, Micaiah, Chrom, Ryoma, Xander, Edelgard, Dimitri, Claude)
20. Kanto: Home of the creatures known as Pokémon along with those who catch and train them. It is also home to Pokémon tournaments along with the crime group known as Team Rocket. - (Lord: Council of Champions (Lance, Wallace, Cynthia, Iris, Diantha, Lance)
21. Wallachia: The home of nightmarish monsters, with Dracula, the most powerful of them all, ruling this dark realm and hunting down any human survivors for feasts. - (Lord: Dracula)
22. ZDR: A rocky wasteland with large underground caverns, labs, and ruins and home to very dangerous creatures such as the Metroids and the X-Parasites. Used as a site for exiling criminals to be cannon fodder for the X-Parasites. - (Lord: Raven Beak)
23. Realm of Hearts: A vibrant land, home to many beings and the homeland to the Keyblade Masters, Galeem's personal guard and law enforcement. - (Lord: Master Xehanort)
24. Corneria: The home of Smashworld’s 2 primary military forces, where it is also home to the mercenary group, Star Fox. - (Lord: General Pepper)
25. Mute City: For people who seek thrills, then Mute City might just be the right place to be, where the world-famous F-Zero Grand Prix always take place.
26. Erdrea: A majestic kingdom, ruled by the benevolent king Carnelian, who is actually possessed by the dark mage, Mordegon, who plots to steal Galeem's power for himself. - (Lord: Mordegon)
27. ARMS City: A city where the majority of its inhabitants have the ability to stretch their arms to great lengths, even holding many tournaments for people to test the limits of their abilities. - (Lord: Max Brass)
28. PNF-404: A land where nature has taken its toll, where creatures of many sizes had made this place their home.
29. Isle of the Ancients: A mysterious land that is home to the equally mysterious machines known only as the R.O.Bs. - (Lord: The Ancient Minister)
30. Midgar: A desolate desert, where the city run by the Shinra Corporation lies dead centre. - (Lord: President Rufus Shinra)
31. Inkopolis: An urban city inhabited by highly evolved sea life. Run by DJ Octavio, who plays sweet beats to keep the populace entertained, happy, and obedient. - (Lord: DJ Octavio)
32. South Town: A city that is home to many fighters who want to test their might against one another. Controlled by the corporate body, Howard Connection, which is actually a large criminal empire that could rival Shadaloo, the Mishima Zaibatsu, & Team Rocket. - (Lord: Geese Howard)
33. Eggman Empire: A marvel of technological advancement. Dr. Eggman, who was then succeeded by his apprentice, Miles "Tails" Prower, keeps order in this territory with an army of obedient robots. A small resistance group led by Knuckles has been fighting against Eggman's rule for years but it is a losing battle as most resistance fighters have been captured and robotized to join Eggman's army. - (Lord: Emperor Miles “Tails” Prower (Formerly Eggman)
34. Abel City: A robotic utopia built by the late Thomas Light and Albert Wily, where robots are the dominant species and humans are rare, if nonexistent. Ruled by the reploid Sigma, he keeps order in the city with his army of Robot Masters, led by Doctors’ greatest creations; Mega Man, Mega Man X, and Zero. - (Lord: Commander Sigma (Formerly Dr. Thomas Light & Dr. Albert Wily)
35. Vigrid: Secretly ruled by the Angels of Paradiso, who sided with Galeem and plot to resurrect their god, Jubileus and overthrow the initial ruling houses. - (Lord: Father Balder)
36. Metro City: A modern city, home of the Street Fighter tournament run by Shadaloo. - (Lord: M. Bison)
37. The Valley: A landscape ruled by many kings, but are only controlled by the Valley's true rulers, the wicked Enchantress and her Order of No Quarter. - (Lord: The Enchantress)
38. Angel Land: A land ruled by many gods, most prominently the Goddess of Light, Palutena and the Goddess of Nature, Viridi, who occasionally go into small wars for petty reasons (Viridi is usually the one who starts the wars). - (Lord: Lady Palutena)
39. Planet Bomber: A landscape inhabited by robotic lifeforms called Bombermen. Despite their ability to create explosives of all kinds, the region is a peaceful place, were it not for it’s greedy ruler, Buggler, and his armies of robots. - (Lord: Emperor Buggler)
40. Mishima City: The twin region to Metro City and home of the King of the Iron Fist Tournament, hosted by the Mishima Zaibatsu. - (Lord: President Heihachi Mishima)
41. Crossing Valley: A peaceful collection of small villages in forests and fields, known for the locals’ kind natures and lack of conflict, which does make it weak in the eyes of the more hostile regions. - (Lord: Unknown)
42. Inkwell: A colorful landscape that hides the fact that its denizens have all sold their souls to the Devil. - (Lord: The Devil)
43. Land of Monsters: A mishmash of different biomes and home to many powerful monsters, especially the legendary beasts known as the Elder Dragons.
