Vee is the princess of a kingdom that no longer exists, one that was destroyed very soon after her birth, leaving her and the few survivors to be scattered to the four winds. Her caretaker, Ruby, had been tasked with taking her far from the tragedy by the king and queen, along with the child of the now-deceased dragon protector of the city. Because of rubys powers, they went undetected.
This past looms over vee every second of her life, even though she now lives a fairly free and comparably easy life traveling around the region alongside danny and ruby, performing (literal) magic shows, all thanks to the hard-to-miss object around her neck, a rainbow heart necklace.
The object is possibly the most mysterious object known, as not even the old and wise ruby knows anything about it, only that it was owned by the kingdom before she arrived, and kept secure and unused up until the king and queen told her to grab it on her way out.
The only thing they know is that it grants vee the ability to control and summon plant life, but they believe it has to be more than that.
Vee is a pretty typical protagonist, cheerful and curious, a bit determined, and ready to face the world ahead of her. Shes opposite to her sibling danny, but this relationship is what helps them to thrive. She very much sees ruby like a mother and a mentor.
But she has no idea whats to come.
