Hey! This is an awesome picture, with lots of promise. What I could say is to see if you can find a reference to use for the face, even loosely. A guide to the features might be all you need to -really- get this portrait to look even more awesome. And I'm just loving the clothing folds

And dono't forget - get some darker darks in there! Make the features pop!
