Numb grew up in the seventh circle, where IceWings live in poverty and struggle for resources. The higher circles don't even bother to keep track of the dragons that live within it. Unrest amongst the lower class IceWings has been growing for years, however, and an anti-monarchy resistance is building. Numb's father is organizing that resistance.
Numb is bitter, aggressive, and crass. His entire life has been raised on hatred and revenge, and he is difficult to get along with even if you are close to him.
