It's basically just a banner that I made for my volunteer site.Since CPC stands for 'Chinese-American' Planning Council, I thought it'd be cool if I combined both flags together; the Chinese flag and the American flag. Oh, and yes, I included ALL 50 stars in that blue area in the middle.
CPC, which stands for Chinese-American Planning Council, is a non-profit organization that provide tons of services, helping out people from all ages and all races.
