Yes a new ref bc the old one is shiddy!!The species brings a lot of new things and a more detailed description that you'll need to make your Verrot
Verrots are a semi-closed species (you can do your own Verrot for free but answer this form and wait for approval!!)
Here's more rules:
-Don't claim the species as made by you
-Give me credits if used in games, comics, etc
-You can sell Verrots adopts and merch, but talk to me first
-If you do a Verrot after asking me, send me the drawing so I can check if you followed the rules
-Don't change species traits, always follow the species rules
-Don't make your Verrot vegetarian or vegan. Vegetables make these dudes sick. They need raw meat/rotten meat.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Verrots are carnivorous and disgusting bug monsters that were generated by a mutation after radioactive fluids were poured into sewers, and there they conquered!. Those freaks steal things and love rotten meat. They are hostile and vicious against other species and don't want to be discovered by them.
While hiding, they build their own anarchist society and culture, always watching the beings that live above.
What do they plan? Nobody knows! But they are all crazy!
CULTURE
Verrot's culture varies greatly from region to region. They tend to complement their traditional habits with the culture of beings living above, so they can create words, traditions, and behaviors depending on where they reside.
But overall, they hate any kind of leader and will kill anyone who tries to rule them. They are anarchists and love to make their own clothes and tools.
They are very communicative and social with each other and share their crazy ideas with each other. Verrots can communicate with bugs and get along very well with them but they don't tolerate any other species.
THE EXILES
"The exiles" are Verrots that have moved away from their community to live with other species due to many reasons. These Verrots are exiles from Verrot society and must not return to the sewers or they will be hunted and killed. These individuals are very rare, and they often have trouble adapting outside the sewers because of their vicious nature. (Exiles always keep their origin secret! They will fake identities to infiltrate society but they don't always do it for an evil reason. Most of the time they just feel curious and want to live normally with other species.)
TECHNOLOGY?
The Verrots don't know much about technology. They often steal cell phones or computers but never get to use them because they don't understand how they work.
Some individuals like 3301(link soon) became very interested in the technology and managed to bring a major technological breakthrough to the sewers. They access the dark web frequently as they can better hide from other societies and remain anonymous. Data theft is very common as it helps them understand weaknesses and how societies function without having to leave the safety of the sewers. They're professional hackers and that gives them a lot of advantage.
ARTISTIC AND SELF EXPRESSING FORMS
Verrots have the need to constantly express themselves in many ways. Art is very common in the sewers and they love graffiti, they expose their ideas and thoughts through it. They also build monuments and statues out of junk and stolen things. They often use the objects they like most to make art, and artists are highly appreciated in their society.BRIEF
RELIGION
Verrots have no idea of their real origins, so they believe that a goddess called "Barata" created them. Verrots believe that roaches are divine beings sent by the goddess to help them.
Most Verrots follow this religion, and they always worship the goddess by offering their most precious and personal objects, as well as making annual sacrifices to her. In the center of the sewer you can see a large statue of the Goddess made of garbage and other materials.heres the goddess. Nobody knows who created it. What is known is that she is a small sculpture found floating in the sewers, and was soon found by a group of Verrots who started the religion.
RITUALS
Animal or human sacrifice are very common. They may offer dead rats or victim's body parts as worship. The annual sacrifice is very simple: the most devout and faithful Verrot is chosen by the local priest and then sacrificed. Many Verrots dream of being sacrificed and strive year-round to be chosen.

CAN VERROTS FLY?
No! Verrots can't fly. They can't have wings on their back, only on their tail and small wings on their head. Wings are useless to them, they only happen by mutation/genetic.
BODY HAIR?
Sometimes Verrots can grow beards, but nothing more than that! they have no body hair except facial hair (lashes, brows, beards, hair).
ARE ROACH VERROTS SUPERIOR?
No! They are not biologically superior. The Verrots just respect them better and deem them "blessed" by the goddess. Most roach Verrots become priests, nuns or monks, and tend to acquire an obsession with the goddess and end up sacrificing themselves for her.
CAN VERROTS BREED WITH OTHER SPECIES?
No they can’t reproduce with them, but can still feel sexual and romantic attraction and have relationships with them!
