Thank you! And did you do all the other glowing areas by hand or did they also come in that brush pack? If by hand, can you tell me how you got the glowing affect?

The brushes glow (: and sone of the markings were by hand, depending on which ps you use (if you use ps) double click the layer and a box should pop up go to outer glow and set it to screen, opacity at 100 pick the 2nd option for in the box with the color (make sure you brush is white) then set size to 10 and press okay then you should be able to draw with a glow on that layer C:
