i reckon it's going something like:
prowl: Bumblebee NEEDS that part, Sunstreaker.

it back. Just tell us what you've done with it and we'll go easy on you.
barricade: GO EASY?! You give it up, sunny-boy, or we'll give him YOURS!
sunstreaker: You ain't got nothing on me, cops.
