Coming to you from late 2014, here's a drawing of my "mayor" from Animal Crossing: New Leaf - a drawing which I was actually like ridiculously impressed with!

This game was not my favorite in the series (I think City Folk holds that honor), but in general Animal Crossing couldn't have chosen to be anything better than it is. While it can get stressful if you let it, for a while there was nothing so calming to me as to step into my village for a little while and chat my neighbors up. Go stand on the beach and listen to the waves. Find a nice bench and appreciate the clear sky and the hourly music.

For a long while I couldn't convince myself to change out of this outfit. There's something so charming about it - so... rough-and-tumblr big-sister wonderful! So I had to commemorate it.
