I couldn't find anything suitable for screening, so I opted to make a sun porch instead of the screened sleeping porch on the plan and a sundeck on the top floor. The basement had no plan. So, I made it into a garage, third bathroom, laundry room and space for future use.
The house was made to fit on Recurve Strand Beach in Sunset Valley. From there, the sun porch faces the ocean and lighthouse.
