Description
Created for a Smash or Pass event on the Fakemon Masters Discord server.
The goal of the event was to create a Pokemon for other people to rate in a Smash or Pass style vote.
Torapi comes from 'tora' Japanese for tiger, and Pikachu, in reference to its origin.
Torapi is based on a rather infamous interview with Tsunekazu Ishihara who stated about a requested redesign from Nintendo of America: "They turned Pikachu into something like a tiger with huge breasts. It looked like a character from the musical Cats."
