Have you ever experienced a panic attack?
While anxiety is an emotion that every person can experience, anxiety as a disorder is far more serious that people tend to consider, and while I do practice stoicism, I believe mental health awareness is a good thing to promote. This painting attempts to describe the feeling of people with this disorder.
