_______Throughout his childhood Warren had been subjected to abuse in many respects; from his parents, his so-called friends, even strangers he would meet at random times and places. I suppose it's a tad coincidental—one could even say God had predetermined Warren's future—that Warren became power's thrall, and is now heading a vast army of people who are politically disturbed.
_______Before I continue, a bit of a digression is necessary. At present, the year is 5884, and war has engulfed already two-thirds of the populated landmasses existing on Earth. The war was sparked when an American-lead team of scientists discovered that life on Earth—life, in all of its forms—occurs in cycles. That is to say, from the simplest of protozoa to the most complex organisms, nothing ever dies. Take a human, for example; when one dies its body begins to decompose as the bacteria of the Earth uses it for its own life-support. But how exactly is this cyclical? Well, that's because the nutrients the bacteria are taking in from the corpse that are being turned into energy never simply disappear after being eaten and used. They are recycled as well, but on a much smaller scale. And at some point on his scale, the recycling process stops, and the simple beings (the once nutrients used for energy) begin to recombine, ultimately "climbing back up the ladder" until they end up as part of a cow, for example, that gets killed, eaten by a human, broken-down into part of that human, used in the creation of an egg or sperm, et cetera, and finally ending up as a fetus. This cycle is similar in all species, and no cell is specific to one species. Yes, that means that the cells from a human could be used next in a Cyrus tree, or in a Narwhal, or in a Shrimp. I assume you've deduced how all this could cause a war, but in case you haven't: In the year 5884, reincarnation was scientifically proven and became an accepted truth. Religions were challenged, morals were torn to shreds as their now blatant illogic was bared, cultures were essentially "decultured"; and, in vain attempts to hold on to the only ways they knew how to live, entire scores of people banded together—as humans do when they fear for themselves selfishly, and individually, but as is natural for a species—and aggressed those politicians who were no-longer-in-power-but-who-held-power-metaphysically until they meaninglessly agreed to pass laws banning the furthering of studies into reincarnation. Needless to say, there were factions harboring the idea that the proliferation of the studies should be allowed to occur. Eventually, entire countries erupted into civil wars; those wars spread into neighboring countries and alliances were formed; government was handled by the militaristic and most powerful factions; borders were merged to create super-states to adhere to rules and limitations set forth by certain alliances; et cetera.
_______The leader of the new countries are called Heads; the Necks are like Secret Service and Intelligence gatherers, allowing the Head proper function; the system splits now, dividing itself into Right [insert title here] and Left [insert title here]: The Right Shoulders are the commanders of the armies. This is getting a bit confusing though, so take a look at this chart; the duties of each title will be defined below the chart:

Hands: Provide personal protection for the Head.
High Legs: Debaters for the Head; they argue the "pros".
Low Legs: Debaters for the Head; they argue the "cons".
Feet: Police force suppressing the general public and keeping it in check; they have almost unlimited authority.
Torso: Term used to define the general public.
Waist: Term used to define the prisoners of war.

He is a twenty-one year old man who is the Head of North America (generally, countries formed alliances with other countries adjacent to themselves, resulting in superstates like North America), and, ultimately the reason for World War Four. He leaked out the research the scientists that headed the reincarnation project had compiled, which was unfinished and not ready for the public to see. The scientists had actually not been planning to release the study at all, fearing another World War.
