My entry for the December 2017 Edition of the Character Design Challenge, theme being “Dragon Ball”.So, I didn’t really watch that much of the show growing up, but I definitely recall the scenes where Cell went around consuming people, leaving behind nothing but empty clothes. That left an impression on me.
