Requested byDownload CSOnline for 2 hours for this thingy, also using Locale Emulator. I wasn't satisfied enough of just extracting the model as I made custom normals.
Model from Counter-Strike Online. Extracted and decrypted by me using NAR Extractor and MDL Decrypter. Port, rig and normal maps by me.

PS: That "hole" is a small backface culling issue. Just pick a dark color color and use your generic brush tool over it and it'll be fixed.
