lol good caption - general harrasment goin on here then? seems like american police are a bit ace [sarcasm dont worry] - watched an episode of cops once where some guy was driving at like 10mph cos he'd had some kind of seizure behind the wheel of his car - but they still thought the appropiate action would be to follow him in about 9 cars, pull him out of the car and pin him down with guns to his head... nice
