yeah thats the problem. it's based on MSV my friend made, and his original design called for the doms manipulator hands in addition to marine versions on the giant bazooka and other weapons. i culdn't resest giving it gogg arms, it just looks so musch more amphibious.

cool design, those arms remind me oe jet lone (i think that was the name) from evengelion. I suppose he uses the hands only for melee attacks... well I don't think they would be able to hold guns

no its pixle art. i despickled it or whatever, to soften the edges and give it a smother look, in addition to using larger, darker lines, and perhaps a tad too large, on the MS.

Its a great design, but I find it hard to believe that this is pixel art, as you have categorized it. It does have that pixel look, but its more of the "I really messed up the quality of my picture" pixel look. Maybe I'm wrong though, it happens from time to time.
